Card Policy : Credit card details are for booking purposes only. We will not deduct anything from the card without the physical card and the card owner's signature.
Prepayment : Full payment is upon check in (except during peak season).
Modification : Modification of Hotel accommodation will be honored with no charge one (1) day prior to arrival. Modification done on the same day of arrival will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation : Cancellation of Hotel accommodation will be honored with no charge one (1) day prior to arrival. Cancellation done on the same day of arrival will be charged accordingly.
No-Show : In case of no-show, full accommodation will be charged.
Security Deposit : A deposit of Php1,000.00 per night will be required to cover incidental charges, such as Food and Beverage consumption, drop-off services, and other consumptions or services availed during your stay. The unused balance will be refunded upon check-out.
