OTHER HOTEL POLICIES

- Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 12:00NN. Any request for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to room availability and applicable fees.

- A valid ID is required upon check-in. Guests are asked to sign registration cards and check-in folios, and then have the specimen signature compared to their presented valid ID. For online payments using a credit/ debit card, proof of identity and ownership of the card that was used for the reservation must be presented upon check-in.

- Apart from securing full payment for the entire stay, a valid credit card or cash deposit will be required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. The incidental deposit varies per room type: Php 2,500/night for Junior and One-Bedroom Suites, Php 3,500/night for Two-Bedroom Suites, and Php 4,500/night for Three-Bedroom Suites. All room charges accumulated during the guest’s stay will be deducted from said deposit.

- All guestrooms and public guest areas are non-smoking, except for the designated smoking area on the 36th floor.

- In consideration of the need for peace and privacy of your fellow guests, the Management is strictly enforcing a No-Party Room Policy in all our guest accommodations. Our function rooms are well-suited for events or gatherings numbering more than 10 guests. Excessive food and alcoholic drinks that will be brought in will be subject to the hotel's corkage fees.
