        Additional Occupants Policy:

        • Children seven years and below are considered free-of-charge with existing bed setup (Maximum of two, additional children will be subject to full charge).

        • Rates are subject to 6% Service Charge and 12% Government Taxes
        • A minimum stay of 2 night is required to avail of this offer.
        • Kids 7 years old and below are free of charge when sharing a room with adults. Kids 8-11 years old will have an extra charge of PHP 2,478 nett. Guests 12 years old and above will have an extra person charge at PHP 3670 nett inclusive of daily breakfast and roundtrip land & boat airport transfers.
        • Reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable but can be rebooked if advised at least 14 days prior to arrival. Stay dates should be within promotional period.
        • Prepayment is required upon reservation.

Some rooms and swimming pool has been done and a few steps only to finish our lobby, restaurant and another 29 rooms and suites. The project is assumed to be finished 30 June 2020.
