Price Breakdown
1. Room rates quoted are in Philippine Peso and a per room night basis. Rate is inclusive of 5% service charge and 12% government tax.
2. Incidental charges such as food and beverage may be charged directly to the guest account provided the guest makes a deposit in the form of cash PHP 1,000.00 upon check-in.
3. Check-in time is at 1400H. Check out time is at 1200H. Any request for early check-in or late check out is subject to availability and a corresponding fee of ₱1,500.00 for early check in or late check out.
4. Room rates are good for 4 persons. An additional person fee of ₱1000.00 will be charged for each additional person. Rate is inclusive of a roll-away bed when applicable.
5. A guest must be 18 years of age to be allowed to check-in. A passport or government ID is required to be presented upon check-in.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. However, there are designated smoking areas in the front of the hotel and roof deck. Persons who do not comply will be charged a ₱5,000 cleaning fee.
7. Full payment is required before check-in (Non-refundable)
8. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking should the terms and conditions not be met.
