2. The guest must present a proof for specific celebrations like Birthday and Graduation to avail the rate.
3. Advance reservation is required at least a day before. Same day, same check-in date is subject to availability.
4. A senior citizen can choose between the promotional discount or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher, unless the DTI permit states otherwise.
5. Full payment should be settled prior reservation or through check-in via cash/online payment link/ gcash/ credit card or bank deposit (3 banking days prior to the event)
6. HIEx reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and withdraw any perks stated herein without prior notice.
7. Booking revisions (modification, amendment, and cancellation requests) must be arranged through the Reservations Office.
8. Deposit Policy: A cash incidental deposit of Php2,000 per night will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Redemption Procedures

2. Guests will get their vouchers in the front office of HIEx.
3. Guests who avail of this room promo will receive a food stub for a breakfast buffet for two (2) and F&B voucher to claim - choice of One: Chicken Cordon Bleu or Schnitzel, Fish & Chips and One Danish at Garden Cafe, both provided upon check-in.
Voucher Validity
1. Guests must answer the QR code provided before consumption.
2. The F&B voucher is only valid during stay dates.
3.The F&B voucher is valid for one time use only.
4. The F&B voucher must be presented to the Garden Cafe upon payment.
5. The voucher may not be converted in cash or combined with other promotional offers, redemption for any programs or discounts.
6. Once used, the voucher shall not be accepted.
7. Folded, crumpled, stapled, or damaged F&B voucher is not accepted.
8. The management reserves the right to refuse the voucher in cases of fraud or other irregular acts.
9. In case of dispute, the decision of the management of Holiday Inn Express Manila shall be final.
