a. This room offer is available to all guests of Holiday Inn Express Manila. Same-day reservations may be accommodated based on room availability.
b. The promotion may be booked directly through hotel reservations, the Alex chatbot, iBooking, or for same-day bookings.
c. Guests must contact Hotel Reservations at (02) 7908 8600 or email reserve.hiexmanila@newportworldresorts.com to book the package and arrange tickets to Shrek the Musical.
d. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in to verify their identity.
e. This room offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and is non-exchangeable for other items or hotel services.
f. In compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, senior citizens may avail of either the promotional discount or the senior citizen discount, whichever is higher.
g. Full payment must be settled prior to the reservation or upon check-in via cash, online payment link, GCash, credit card, or bank deposit (made at least three [3] banking days before the event).
h. Any modifications or amendments to the booking must be coordinated through the Reservations Office. Guests opting to pay at check-in should notify the reservations team in advance.
i. Deposit Policy: A refundable cash incidental deposit of Php 2,000 per night is required upon check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection and provided no incidental charges have been incurred.
j. Upon arrival, guests will receive room key cards and Two (2) breakfast vouchers valid for use in The Great Room during the chosen stay dates.
k. The Shrek-themed merchandise included in the package is a one-time allocation and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced once issued.
l. In case of lost or misplaced musical tickets, the hotel and management shall not be held liable for reissuance or replacement.
m. Any damage to the room, furnishings, or hotel property caused by the guest or their companions will be charged separately and must be settled before check-out.
n. The management reserves the right to refuse vouchers or booking privileges in cases of fraud, misuse, or other irregularities.

Shrek the Musical – Ticket Terms and Conditions:
a. Each room package includes two (2) Silver Tickets to Shrek the Musical at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, valid for the guest’s selected show date and time.
b. Tickets will be placed in the themed room and are considered received once guests check in. Guests must acknowledge receipt through the Theater Sales Representative from Newport Performing Arts Theater.
c. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not convertible to cash, other ticket tiers, or hotel services.
d. Show dates and seat availability are subject to confirmation and booking schedule at the time of reservation. Early coordination with the hotel reservations team is encouraged.
e. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued or replaced under any circumstances. Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets after check-in.
f. Guests must present the actual physical ticket at the theater entrance on the selected show date.
g. No-shows or missed performances due to guest-related delays, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies are not eligible for rebooking or refund.

i. The theater reserves the right to refuse entry for any violations of theater policies, including but not limited to late arrivals, inappropriate behavior, or dress code violations.
j. All guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime and to review the Newport Performing Arts Theater’s house rules and regulations ahead of their visit.
